I have an account already for Zendesk and the online knowledge articles.
I want to set up user accounts for my colleagues so they can also login and access the Basis Technologies ticketing and FAQs.
How do we do this?

New users can sign up for an account via the "Sign Up" button on the logon screen to Zendesk
Most customers create a central account for their ActiveControl Administrators, tied to a company Distribution List or central mailbox - so everybody sees any ticket replies for Basis Technologies.
However there is no licensing / cost impact of setting up individual Zendesk accounts if you prefer.
We strongly encourage all our customers (in particular ActiveControl Administrators and Basis team) to register for accounts on our website, and actively make use of this forum. It not only helps our customers be more self-sufficient and resolve common issues quickly and without the need for Basis Technologies involvement, but also helps us understand the common challenges our customers are facing.
